Seattle, Washington is famous for its gloomy, cold and rainy weather. But this year, low temperatures set a record, and snow covered everything. This lady even had the brilliant idea of skating on her street instead of spending the day indoors. It’s definitely a clever way to take advantage of the situation and make fun of something that most people would consider negative.
This appears to be the safest form of transportation given how hazardous it is for cars to drive on this level of ice on the roads.
