Next Disney Lorcana Set Is All About The Sword in the Stone and The Great Mouse Detective

The OP Kit announced that the new set would include Basil, Hiram Flaversham, and Mrs. Judson. We've seen a few item cards from The Great Mouse Detective. Basil, The Great Mouse Detective's protagonist, isn't surprising.

After Ravensburger stated The Great Mouse Detective would be in the next set, everyone expected Ratigan, but not Mrs. Judson, Basil's mouse maid.

For the card game to persist, Disney Lorcana must focus on obscure Disney movies in sets. Disney has 61 animated films, which seems like a lot until you're planning a card game with 816 cards every year.

Along with the deck, two Winnie the Pooh and Beast playmats and Mulan and Sisu card sleeves and deck boxes will be released. Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn hits small game stores November 17 and large markets December 1.
